WSP Platform Terms of Use — Key Summary
These Terms govern the conditions, procedures, rights, and obligations related to access and use of the WSP Platform (the "Platform") operated by Wavebridge Hong Kong Limited. The Platform provides services such as cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals via wallet integration, access to and execution of structured products based on digital assets, and other related informational services. By using the Platform, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the following:
- Consent to Terms and Age Requirement: The Platform is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and who have agreed to these Terms and all related policies.
- Nature of Services: The Platform is designed to enable Customers to deposit and withdraw digital assets and to access and participate in structured products developed by the Company.
- Privacy and Identity Verification: Identity verification procedures and the collection and use of personal data are governed by the Company’s [Privacy Policy].
- Intellectual Property and Trademark Restrictions: All content and trademarks contained within the Platform are the property of the Company and may not be copied or used without prior authorization.
